Here Comes Everybody awarded a GRANT!

It’s true! The RACC (Regional Arts and Culture Council) has awarded Here Comes Everybody a grant to make a new record! 2021, the band’s 35th anniversary, could be its biggest and most productive year ever, with two more volumes of “Unfinished Business” on the burner, and this grant coming along to make a new album out of songs that haven’t even been imagined yet! Well, they’ve been imagined—but not written, not recorded. This project promises, though, to be a whopper. There’s talk amongst the HCE elves of string arrangements and choral arrangements to accompany René’s masterful piano-pop compositions, and something tells us (it’s just a hunch), that after a year or two like 2020, the ideas will be big—perhaps even massive. Another concept album? Who knows? Nobody knows! The only certain thing is that, whatever it is, it will be epic. Stay tuned!
