HCE alumnus Adam Fagelson making an album with Michael!

Adam Fagelson, HCE bass player from the middle 90’s, during what we somewhat embarrassingly call the “grunge era” for Here Comes Everybody, has teamed up with Michael for a new music project and a possible album release in 2024. Adam, who has lived on the east coast of these United States for the last couple of decades, who now resides in Vermont, has remained friends with Michael and René and kept in touch all that while. But some common creative bug caught hold this last year, and the two musical comrades starting sending audio files back and forth, from Vermont to Oregon and back again. They made it a goal to fully demo 20 songs, and from that collection they would winnow away the dross to make a kick-ass record. Well, as of September of 2023, 20 songs have been fully achieved and demos recorded! Adam and Michael have chosen 15 of their favorites to revise, rerecord if necessary, and flesh out with auxiliary parts and guest musicians. Then, perhaps, there’ll be another winnowing, then mixing and mastering. Michael and Adam don’t have a name for the project yet or a name for the album. They don’t know exactly when it will be a finished thing, and they don’t know how they will share it with the world. One way or another, it’s happening! The first offering, a two track single from the project in progress, is in the works. There will be something to listen to soon. Stay tuned for more news!
